Lots of praise to our Coach Captain Rodney who offered so much interesting commentary and life stories. He was the ultimate professional who ensured our safety at all times and could not do enough for us all and at the end of the day, a great fellow.

Rodney and Elaine were a brilliant team and kept the coach laughing. Tour guide excellent, bus driver excellent, meals very good. I couldn't fault the excellent service I got starting with the booking, the tour and flight to and from Melbourne and home. Elaine and Rod were very helpful and looked after us from start to finish with good driving and banter between them and making us feel very comfortable the whole way. Well done to your superstar Rodney!

My name is Yvonne and I am the Coordinator of the Energy Break Through program at Ballarat High School. I would like to thank you for helping us make this program a reality for our students. This year we were able to expand the program from 16 participants in 2024 to 27 participants in 2025, thanks to your help, and keep costs and a realistic cost for students to afford, particularly in the current economics.

The students we have join this program often haven't found their "fit" in life yet, in one way or another. Sometimes this is displayed by isolation in the yard, with no friendships, or in the classroom, with dysregulated behaviours, with no goal or mission for what they want to do with their life, or even any drive for current life. Participation in this program seems to knit them together with others, finding mates and forming friendships first of all, learning to work together with others, but above all, finding a drive and passion for life again and a "fit" for their place in life. It's the changes I see in these students that drive me to put in the many hours it takes to run the program, and the passion to do it.

So I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and the colleagues that help me in running this program, for assisting us in funding the logistics of such a great game changing in the lives of these young people.

Rodney was a very confident driver and all the passengers felt safe at all times. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and was able to answer any questions that were given to him. When time permitted he took us on some drive-by detours to show us other local attractions and shopping. It was great to work with Rodney again as we worked well together throughout the tour. The coach was cleaned on a daily basis. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Rodney — I know when my group is with him that they will be well looked after.

Our coach driver, Rodney (from Trotters) was excellent. He took great care of us and the coach, kept us entertained - laughing constantly and his knowledge of the district was great. Our host, Elaine Schillinger, was also excellent. She is very approachable and went over and above in her duties, keeping us informed and consulted. Please let me know any future trips they are doing; I would travel with them both again. Rodney and Elaine are gems. Our Coach Captain was Rodney Featherstone, professional, personable, pointed out places of interest along the way. Made us all laugh, we did that a lot. Felt safe with his driving skills. We highly recommend our Tour guide Elaine Schillinger and Rodney our Coach driver. On any future trips we can do we would love to have the same both Rodney & Elaine as our coach crew! Elaine, for only her 2nd outing as the guide, was amazing. Rodney's skill as a driver was very impressive. Both had friendly natures & also did not hesitate to assist the passengers when required.
